Training
Free Training
We offer a regular programme of free training for local organisations to help them run effectively. These are typically for voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations serving Newcastle and Gateshead but eligibility does vary between sessions so be sure to check before booking.
Most of our training is delivered online over Zoom. Sessions include a mix of presentations, group activities and discussion. We encourage active participation and sessions are not recorded.
Tailored Training
Our tailored training sessions are perfect if your organisation:
- Wants to deliver training across an entire organisation or team
- Requires bespoke or in depth training that goes beyond the learning outcomes of our free sessions
- Is looking for training that is tailored to demonstrate best practice in your specific area of work
- Wants to increase staff and volunteer engagement with the training and create a safe space in which to ask questions
- Falls outside of the eligibility requirements for attending a free multi-agency training session
