Business Planning

Connected Voice's Support and Development team can work with your organisation to co-produce a Business Plan. This will involve an initial discovery stage - including desk-based research and group sessions - followed by the write-up and presentation of your jointly produced business plan.

We will facilitate group sessions and workshops over three half days. These sessions will include:

• Exploring your Vision, Mission and Values
• Carrying out an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for your organisation (SWOT analysis)
• Developing and agreeing strategic objectives for your organisation
• Identifying the financial requirements and potential funding sources to make your venture viable and sustainable

We will then co-produce a Business Plan in line with the outcomes of the workshop and focused on the people using the service.

Prices start at £2,500 + VAT, depending on the size of your organisation.
