Connected Voice has collaborated with Gateshead Council to update VCSE organisations on The Procurement Act 2023 and to introduce a new procurement platform called Open. The Council and the rest of the North East will transition to this platform in the coming weeks.

This course explores the benefits of good communication and active listening, and will give attendees an enhanced understanding of the importance of this for individuals accessing their services and skills to become more effective communicators in their roles.
