Health Inequalities in the Age of COVID-19-Towards Fairer Health for Disadvantaged Communities: Connected Voice Haref is delighted to share the findings from their 12-month research project funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration North East and North Cumbria. Our Cultural Competency training is funded by Newcastle City Council's Public Health team and is informed by the experiences of people from local communities which have been gathered via the Haref Network. It is free for health and wellbeing practitioners delivering services in Newcastle upon Tyne who wish to improve the reach of their services with ethnically marginalised communities.
