Crowdfund North of Tyne Combined Authority - your views on future priorities

Crowdfund North of Tyne gives local people the opportunity to create and fund projects which celebrate and improve our local areas. The North of Tyne Combined Authority wants you to tell them what you think should be included in the next round of funding.

Your suggestions will help determine the types of projects that will have the opportunity to crowdfund and get a share of the £495,000 Crowdfund North of Tyne funding pot.

There are two funds available for supporting campaigns with pledges:

  • The Crowdfund North of Tyne Community Fund - a £50,000 fund where North of Tyne Combined Authority can pledge to campaigns which demonstrate the wider community benefit of the project.
  • Jamie Driscoll, North of Tyne Mayor's Zero Poverty, Zero Carbon Fund - a £200,000 fund focused on supporting community led planting and food-based campaigns.

Each project can receive a maximum of £15,000 or 80% of their total project cost from the funds.
