Being a victim or a witness to a crime can often be difficult and you may not know very much about the criminal justice system. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) provides information for victims and witnesses of a crime including:
- giving a statement
- giving evidence
- going to court
- Victim Liaison Units
- Witness Service
