Meet the Funder - Greggs Foundation Community Action Fund
Our regular 'Meet the funder' events are an opportunity to hear from specific funders in depth, and ask questions about their criteria, processes and priorities.
For this session, the Greggs Foundation will talk to us about their recently opened Community Action Fund. Through this grant, they are offering core funding of up to £20,000 per year for 3 years.
This session is for registered charities and social enterprises in Newcastle who can contribute to the Greggs Foundation's Theory of Change. The type of work may include one or more of the following:
- Addressing direct needs in the local community
- Providing food and support for individuals
- Reducing social isolation and widening networks
- Building knowledge, confidence and opportunities
To avoid disappointment, please read the eligibility check on the Greggs Foundation website before signing up for this session.
Community Interest Companies (CICs) must be able to show in their accounts that at least 50% of their revenue is from earned income to be eligible for the grant.
This online session will be delivered on Teams. A joining link will be sent closer to the time of the event.
Our Support and Development team helps organisations to run successfully and make a positive difference in their communities. This event is for voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations serving Newcastle and/or Gateshead.
