Vita Health Group offer a range of short-term talking therapies to adults 16-years and over, who live and are registered with a GP in Newcastle. It is a free NHS service and you can self-refer meaning you don’t need to visit a GP to get help.

Referrals can be made over the phone or by completing an online form.
