ReCoCo Training and Project Coordinator role – full time, part time; flexible depending on the successful applicant. If you are the right person for the role, we are keen to get the right balance of working days to meet your needs and ours.
ReCoCo (Recovery College Collective) is an independent charity. We work in collaboration with VCS, primary, and statutory organisations to provide effective and evidence based approaches to people in recovery from trauma, distress and disadvantage. Our outcomes are outstanding; we are pioneers and leaders in peer production. You must have your own lived experience to apply for this role.
We want to expand our team with people who have experience in creating, coordinating and delivering projects, groups and courses within a recovery college, or a similar setting. If you can flourish in a busy, face to face service with considerable responsibility this could be the role for you. Our students face prejudice, discrimination and marginalisation. Trauma associated with poverty, neglect, abuse, loss and addictions can lead to poor mental health and low sense of worth. Working together we can empower people to rebuild their lives, developing a sense of purpose and hope.
Essential criteria are listed in the Job Description and Person Specification; please do not apply unless you meet all of it.
