Announcing the closure of Connected Voice Payroll Service

We are sad to announce the imminent closure of Connected Voice Payroll Service. We have struggled to cover staffing gaps in the service over a number of months, and consequently have not provided the level of service we want to for our customers.

We have experienced a higher level of staff turnover, which has left us unable to provide a consistent service to our customers, despite the best efforts of the management team. This, along with the escalating running costs that are a factor of life at the moment, has meant our board have made the decision to close this service.

We have given all our current payroll customers notice, and we have provided details of other companies locally who have capacity to take on charity payrolls (you can find these below). We can assure you that we will do our very best to ensure a smooth handover to your new payroll provider. Thank you so much for your custom and apologies again for the inconvenience this will cause.

Please note that our other finance services including bookkeeping, Independent Examination and training remain open and are unaffected by this news.
