Community Trustees: Please come and join our amazing Journey!

We are looking for two Community Trustees from Newcastle/Gateshead who have a passion for learning disability and a strong understanding of the BAME community. Journey Enterprises is a small local charity which provides Day Services for adults with conditions such as Down’s, Williams, Fragile X, cerebral palsy and Prader-Willi. We want all adults with learning disability to lead active, inclusive and fulfilling lives. Chosen by the House of Lords in 2021 as one of fifteen organisations in the UK providing best practice, we have a very supportive, friendly Board who are keen to recruit two Trustees to share their passion for Journey and our wonderful Clients.
