Community Hub and Operations Manager

Riverside Community Health Project is looking for an organised, practical and people-focused person to take the lead on the day-to-day operation of our community hub at the Carnegie Building in Benwell, Newcastle.

This is a varied role overseeing the smooth running of our busy community building, including front of house and administration, staff supervision, room bookings and activities, building maintenance and contractors, health and safety arrangements, and wider operational systems.

You’ll work closely with our Chief Executive and management team and play an important part in making sure Riverside is well organised behind the scenes so our teams can focus on supporting the community.

We’re looking for someone with experience of coordinating operations, administration, facilities or a similar environment, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Interviews will take place week commencing 12 October.
