Business Development Manager

We are excited to be recruiting the new role of Business Development Manager, Society Matters cic.

Society Matters cic is the trading subsidiary of the award-winning charity Citizens Advice Gateshead and contributes towards the delivery of the charity’s mission to mobilise knowledge so the system works through the design and delivery of unique social welfare training and consultancy services. As a result of the ongoing success the demand for our training services is growing.

Reporting to the Executive Director you will be responsible for engagement and development of new and existing relationships. You will have an interest and understanding of social welfare issues with a passion to raise awareness of the cic and its services.

You will support the Operations Manager and team to deliver training and consultancy services , contributing to the continual development of workshops and maintaining excellent customer service.

If you have a proven track record of new business development within the service sector, with experience of digital marketing strategy and implementation and are motivated to make a real difference with your business development talents we would love to hear from you.
