LandAid - Routes out of Homelessness Grant Programme

Organisations that support young people (16-25) who are/have been homeless can apply for a Routes out of Homelessness grant.

There are three core grant programmes available:

Safe Places Programme - to create new/additional hosting bedspaces
Capital Grants Programme - to create bedspaces in properties owned by or on long term lease to charities
Move-on Grants Programme - to unlock spaces in the private or social rental sector
