An exciting opportunity has arisen within Connected Voice Advocacy for an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator to provide support to the Connected Voice Senior Administrator and the senior management team and in the day to day running of the service.
You will provide a comprehensive administrative support which requires excellent communication, IT and team working skills with the ability to work without direct supervision. The ideal candidate would have experience in customer service, being a contact for service users, a flexible approach to work and a willingness to face new challenges, remaining calm under pressure whilst maintaining confidentiality.
